Bev grew up in San Leandro, CA, but has lived in Brentwood for eleven years and considers herself a 'local.' She is both Spanish and Italian. Her mom was born and raised in Rosario, Argentina, her dad, in Lucca, Italy. She is married to her husband of 15 years, Marty and she has two young daughters, Jessica & Sophie.

Bev has been in the mortgage lending business for eight years. She started her career in mortgage lending as a Quality Controller for NationsBanc Mortgage in Pleasanton. Within a year she moved all the way up to Assistant to the Vice President of Sales of the top producing office in her company. One thing about Bev is she always gives 150% in anything she is passionate about. She has a Bachelor's degree in English, with a special emphasis in American Literature and is also a licensed Cosmetologist.

Coming from a background of Education and Marketing, Bev understands the need for people to be educated, especially when it comes to their loans. She enjoys 'wowing' her clients by going the extra mile to educate them on their loan process, and by keeping them in the loop throughout their entire loan transaction. What she loves most about her job is getting to work with and meet so many people of different cultures.

Bev is also a freelance writer and published author. She writes only non fiction and has written for several newspaper publications, as well as, had several essays included in books published by Marlo Thomas, Yolanda King, Chicken Soup for The Soul & A Cup of Comfort. She enjoys yoga, all types of music, power-walking, reading biographies, motivating kids, playing with her own kids and spending as much time inside as outside with her family and dog Cooper.

She is an avid believer in recycling, inspiring our youth, and promoting the idea of saving our environment in any large or small way.
