During the 1990's she took a position as a Leasing and Marketing Director for a property management company in Walnut Creek.  Mary Ann was given a large portfolio of commercial properties from Antioch, Walnut Creek, all the way to a famous building of shops in Sausalito.  After years of negotiating, leasing, and prospecting to some of the largest names in retail, she returned to her first love of residential real estate.

Mary Ann went to RE/MAX for the next few years and again was a top producing agent before becoming the marketing and sales trainer for real estate agents from Discovery Bay, Brentwood, and Antioch offices.  

Pursuing her marketing expertise led Mary Ann to Diablo Funding Group in Brentwood where she led the sales campaign efforts for over 30 loan agents working with the Brentwood Press, Contra Costa Times, and 110 Magazine. 

Mary Ann takes that 15 years of experience as a Realtor combined with the loan industry knowledge she has accrued and incorporates it into an invaluable asset for all the loan consultants of Brentwood Lending Group.
